Terms & Conditions — Tata4D

Welcome to Tata4D (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", or "Player") and Tata4D, governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all associated services, features, promotions, and betting or gaming activities offered thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on Tata4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Tata4D provides online sports betting,4D lottery, live casino games, and digital slot machines to eligible players in markets where such activities are permitted under the applicable international gaming framework under which the Platform operates. The Platform is accessible to residents of multiple jurisdictions; however, individual members are responsible for determining whether online betting and gaming is lawful in their place of residence before participating.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on Tata4D, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you acknowledge sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your place of residence.
• You do not hold an existing Tata4D account, whether active, suspended, or previously terminated. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service within an active self-exclusion period.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of Tata4D its associated entities.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

When registering for a Tata4D account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever material changes occur. The following obligations apply to all registered Members:

• One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Personal Details: All information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — must match the identity documentation you submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Tata4D will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify Tata4D customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected security breach at [email protected].
• KYC Compliance: Tata4D reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

Your use of the Tata4D Platform is subject to the following general conditions in addition to all other provisions of this Agreement:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform's services — including but not limited to systematic betting for profit using automated tools — is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms & Conditions at all times.
• Tata4D reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Platform for scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or in response to security incidents. Reasonable prior notice will be given where practicable.
• The Platform may contain links to informational sub-pages, but Tata4D does not operate or endorse any third-party websites. You access any such external content at your own risk.
• Tata4D's games and betting markets are offered on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific game, market, or feature.
• Members accessing the Platform from Malaysian cities including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location remain solely responsible for compliance with local laws governing online gambling activity.

6.1 Deposits. Tata4D accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), and LTC. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency channel is selected.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Platform's current deposit guide for applicable limits.
• Tata4D does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which Tata4D bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• All pending Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be approved.
• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of Tata4D's compliance team before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. Tata4D reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
• Tata4D aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours during standard operating hours. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network conditions.
• Tata4D reserves the right to withold any withdrawal and conduct an investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

Tata4D offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to Members who satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria at the time of opt-in. Tata4D reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• Welcome Bonuses: Welcome bonus offers are available to new Members only and are limited to one qualifying claim per household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be met before any derived winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) and are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types, at certain stake levels, or with certain odds may contribute at reduced rate or not at all toward the Wagering Requirement — refer to the promotion-specific terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without exception.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit (as stated per promotion) is required to activate a bonus. Deposits made prior to opting into a promotion will not qualify retroactively.
• Bonus Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked without express written permission from Tata4D.
• Right of Refusal: Tata4D reserves the right to refuse, modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of this Agreement.

8.1 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other fixtures — are subject to Tata4D's current Sports Betting Rules. These rules govern bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions, and dispute resolution for all wagering markets.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Tata4D does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance windows and settlement timing. Bets placed after an event's natural conclusion will be voided.
• Tata4D reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, system fault, or information advantage obtained by a Member through non-public means.

8.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games. All casino and live dealer games operate under the rules and pay tables published within each game interface. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8.3 4D Lottery. 4D lottery bets are settled according to the official draw results for the applicable draw date. Tata4D is not affiliated with any government lottery operator. 4D results on the Platform reflect independently verified outcomes and are settled accordingly.

8.4 Maximum Winings. Tata4D may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits are published within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to periodic review.

Tata4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all Members. We acknowledge that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.

• 21+ Age Policy: Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Any Member found to be underage will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through our customer support team at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during an active exclusion period.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts through the responsible gambling settings. Once set, limits may only be reduced immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Members may enable session time notifications to receive alerts after defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional reality-check prompts displaying elapsed session time and net wagering position.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tata4D Platform. Any Member found engaging in Prohibited Activity will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent termination with forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using another person's payment method without their express consent.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to real money without genuine gambling activity; collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for purpose of laundering funds derived from criminal or illegal activity. Tata4D complies fully with its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent the Platform's controls.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to fix or predict outcomes, or exploiting insider information with respect to any betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Platform's software, databases, or communications infrastructure any unauthorised manner.

All content appearing on the Tata4D Platform — including but not limited to the Tata4D name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, databases, and game content — is the exclusive property of Tata4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from Tata4D.

Any unauthorised use of Tata4D's intellectual property may result in immediate account suspension, civil legal action, and/or referal to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tata4D and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform;
• Any losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, including but not limited to wagering decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Technical failures, system outages, or data loss beyond Tata4D's reasonable control, including force majeure events;
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or cryptocurrency network congestion.

Tata4D's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Tata4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, Tata4D will provide reasonable notice to Members by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Members via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend Members review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Tata4D's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence framework. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through Tata4D's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing authority.

For disputes relating to specific betting or gaming outcomes, Members must submit a formal dispute notice to Tata4D's customer support team within14 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Tata4D from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent Prohibited Activity.
